Medical check-up

I went to clinic for a simple medical check-up today. Everything was fine except the doctor told me " you are 168cm and you only weigh 51kg? That's underweight!" I was like "Huh, obviously your scale minus off 3kg of my weight, because I was 54kg 3 days ago!" But, he insisted there's nothing wrong with his 'state of the art' bathroom scale.

Well, i don't mind being called thin at times, but underweight?! I am far from that ok. I am already freaked out for losing weight without reasons and now the underweight issue started to haunt me.
